The Hot Air Circulation Oven uses heated air and forced circulation to ensure uniform heating of the coated electrode sheets, achieving rapid drying. This equipment has the advantages of good temperature uniformity and high drying efficiency, making it suitable for the drying process of lithium-ion battery electrodes, ensuring the quality and performance of the electrode sheets.


3. Process Flow:


  • Electrode Sheet Entry: Wet electrode sheets from the coating machine enter the oven.

  • Hot Air Heating: The heating device heats the air to the set temperature.

  • Air Circulation: The fan circulates the hot air inside the oven, and the hot air passes through the surface of the electrode sheets, removing the solvent.Moisture Removal: The moist air containing the solvent is discharged, maintaining a dry environment inside the oven.Temperature Control: The temperature control system precisely controls the temperature inside the oven.
